We are a literacy charity based in and around the area of Bideford. We mainly raise funds through our bookshop in Bideford. This is done by selling previously read books in our bookshop and on-line through our Ebay site. These books are kindly donated by local people. 

 

We have a good collection of interesting books on many topics and genre. Our children's books collection is extensive as well as our collection of crime, science fiction, fantasy and literature. We also have a wide-ranging collection of non-fiction, including military, economics, politics, social history, education, craft, architecture, art, travel/maps,  and cooking.

 

If you are considering donating books to us then please ring us first just to check we are open. We never refuse a donation.
